About the presentation:
With the transition of the majority of our workforce to teleworking, leaders must utilize a different set of tools and strategies to help their teams stay focused and aligned during these uncertain times.

Teams risk losing productivity, diversity of thought, and balanced decision-making if leaders don’t understand how to modify their strategies to connect with remote workers.

This webinar will equip leaders with the skills they need to effectively engage their teleworking teams.

After attending this webinar, leaders will:

  • Understand the standards they need to set with their team to enhance communication and ensure accountability
  • Have a framework of best practices to foster their own daily and weekly productivity
  • Be able to utilize personality-based communication preferences to ensure all members of their team remain engaged while teleworking
  • Utilize a combination of team and 1:1 meetings to improve team productivity and performance
